8th Annual Teddy Bear Toss

Mar 7, 2016

For the eighth year, the annual Teddy Bear Toss was held in memory Joni Arnett who was tragically killed in 2007. Joni was involved in many charities throughout her young life and giving, especially where children were involved, was very important to her. Fans threw stuffed animals onto the ice after Bryton Tomko scored the Rhinos’ first goal of the night. The teddy bears were donated to the El Paso Police and Fire Departments who will use them to comfort children during unfortunate events.
