Zach Jaraczewski’s season last year was a roller coaster ride. After starting out with what looked to be a solid season, Zach suffered a potential season ending leg injury in December. Showing the same workman-like effort with his rehab that he showed on the ice, Zach was able to work himself back into the line up by mid-February.
JZ, as he came to be known, came back and made up for lost time, finishing out the season with 39 points in 33 games including 10 points in the final 5 regular season games.
Zach has chosen to play for Division III Powerhouse St. Norbert College next season. St. Norbert is a top level Division III school, making it to the Division III Frozen Four, 4 of the last 5 years. “Places like St. Norbert are exactly the type of D-III program we hope our players will sign with, I couldn’t be happier” said coach Cory Herman
“Zach is a special player, every time he took a shift he would give me everything he had, they’re going to love him at a program like St. Norbert”.
